Doda Shredder creates certificates locally without transferring confidential file names or drive serials across the internet. The digital seal is mathematically computed using SHA-256 HMAC over the certificate details and stored securely in the local cryptographic audit vault.
Third-party auditors can verify compliance by scanning the QR code or confirming the cryptographic hash, satisfying the strictest requirements of NIST SP 800-88, DoD 5220.22-M, HIPAA Security Rule § 164.310, and GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure).
